How to cancel your booking and secure a refund
If you booked through Cathay Pacific – on our website, mobile app or through our contact centre – the fastest way to organise a refund is to log into Manage Booking. Vantage Pass, Student Fares and Senior Fares ticket holders can organise a refund through our contact centre.
If you purchased your ticket through a travel agent or a third-party website – like Skyscanner or Expedia – please contact them directly to organise your cancellation. We are unable to process refunds for these bookings.
If you booked a redemption ticket, please contact Asia Miles through their online form to cancel your booking and organise a refund.
