Our ever-expanding selection of wines currently numbers around 80, which are paired to match the variety of inflight cuisines. The current range is sourced from France, Italy, Austria, South Africa, Australia, the United States, and New Zealand.
Cathay Pacific changes the selection of wines available depending on their availability and harvest times. In addition to the regular listings, promotional wines will be offered throughout the year for premium passengers.
Champagne, White or Red?

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne 2007
This great 2007 vintage lives up to all expectations as soon as you open the bottle. Fine and delicate nose with white blossom, minerality, Anjou pear and golden raisins. The taste is vibrant, with a combination of lemon and saltiness. Followed by a sensation of complex, yet mellow freshness creating the perfect balance between ripeness and a full-rounded flavour. It is rounded off by a long-lasting, crisp finish with hints of salted butter.
Ropiteau Frères Meursault, Burgundy, France, 2017
Meursault is an appellation south of Beaune, between Volnay and Puligny-Montrachet. Bright golden-green colour, a nose of great finesse with aromas of lime, hawthorn and butter notes, hazelnuts and honey. Magical balance between smoothness and freshness, with an impressive length.
Chateau Lynch-Bages 2008
Château Lynch-Bages is a fifth growth as deemed by the Bordeaux Classification of 1855, that has been considered very superior to its ranking. Situated on the outskirts of Pauillac, overlooking the Gironde estuary, its 100 hectares of vines are planted on deep gravel soils.
The vintage 2008 displays nice aromas of cranberry, dried floral notes, and tobacco. Its excellent tannin structure is underlined by intensity, depth, and structure.
Fritz Haag, Riesling Mosel 2018
Weingut Fritz Haag sits in the heart of the Middle Mosel, the first documented mention of the estate came in 1605. A lively, mineral-driven Riesling, starting with a touch of white peach and unwinding to deliver a mix of floral aromas, apple, citrus and pineapple. Well-rounded, with a creamy texture and a mouthwatering finish.
Margan Originals Chardonnay Hunter Valley 2018
After 20 years of learning the arts of growing grapes and making wine under the late Murray Tyrrell, Andrew Margan left Tyrrell’s in 1996 to start Margan Wines. Aromas of Peach, preserved lemon, grapefruit. The creamy texture is complimented by the natural lively acidity giving this Chardonnay balance, depth and length.
Château Tanesse, Cadillac Côtes-de-Bordeaux, France, 2016
Located on a high hillock among Langoiran’s sloping vineyards, this Bordeaux charterhouse was built in the late 18th century by the Tanesse family. The 2016 has a dark, very deep red in colour. This wine offers very ripe black fruit aromas. Silky, mineral and velvety, it is also remarkably long in the mouth.
